01 Acceptance of Terms

03 Age Verification

04 Deposits & Payments

• Minimum deposit: The minimum deposit amount is displayed at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

daji999 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated in the relevant promotion, in addition to these general Terms and Conditions. Where there is a conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general terms, the promotion's specific terms take precedence.

• Wagering requirements: All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be met before any withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted. The wagering requirement multiplier is stated in each promotion.
• Eligible games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Game contribution percentages are listed in the promotion terms.
• Expiry: Bonuses expire if not used or if wagering requirements are not met within the stated period. Expired bonuses are removed from your account automatically.
• One bonus at a time: Only one bonus may be active on your daji999 account at any given time unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Abuse: daji999 monitors bonus usage patterns. Any account found to be abusing bonus offers — including through coordinated play, arbitrage, or exploitation of errors — will have bonuses cancelled and may be suspended.
• No cash equivalent: Bonuses have no cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts.

07 Game Rules & Fairness

All games available on daji999 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. The RTP (Return to Player) percentage for each game is published in the game information panel. daji999 does not alter RTP settings based on individual player history or session length.

In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or software error during a game round, daji999 will resolve the situation based on the game's recorded state at the time of the fault. If a game round cannot be completed due to a technical issue, the wager for that round will be returned to your account balance. Winnings generated as a result of a software error or malfunction are not valid and will not be paid.

• Game results: All game results are final once a round is completed and confirmed by the game server.
• Disputes: If you believe a game result is incorrect, contact daji999 support within 72 hours with the relevant game round ID.
• Minimum and maximum bets: Each game has stated minimum and maximum bet limits. These are displayed within the game interface.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on daji999 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Fraud: Any attempt to defraud daji999 or other players, including through false chargebacks, stolen payment methods, or identity fraud.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Automated software: Using bots, scripts, or any automated software to interact with daji999 games or systems.

• Money laundering: Using daji999 to launder funds obtained through illegal activity. daji999 complies with applicable anti-money laundering regulations and will report suspicious activity.
• Multiple accounts: Creating or using more than one daji999 account for any reason, including to claim multiple welcome bonuses.
• Underage play: Allowing or facilitating access to daji999 by anyone under 18 years of age.

09 Account Suspension & Closure

daji999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if there is reasonable cause to believe that a player has breached these Terms and Conditions or engaged in prohibited conduct.

Players may also request the closure of their own daji999 account at any time by contacting the support team. If you close your account voluntarily with a remaining balance, daji999 will process a withdrawal of that balance to your registered payment method, subject to standard verification requirements.

• Suspended accounts: During a suspension, access to games and withdrawals is restricted pending investigation.
• Closed accounts: Once an account is closed for breach of terms, it cannot be reopened and any balance may be forfeited.
• Self-exclusion: Players who self-exclude through the responsible gaming tools will have their account suspended for the chosen period. Early reinstatement requests will not be processed.
